摘要

The gap between stator and rotor in a spindle suspended by active magnetic bearings caused the eccentricity of the rotor to the center of the stator before the control system of the spindle operates, and makes it difficult to debug and initialize the control system for lack of reference position. The influence of the sensors' fixation position on the rotor's center position has been analyzed, and a mathematic model has been established for solving the sensors' position, and calculating formula has been worked out to invert the sensors' fixation position and rotor center's position with the data measured by sensors, which provides data for initialization of the control system software and offers evidence for the control system's reference signals.
