Vehicle is evolving rapidly in the recent year with newcommunication and resources. The communication of vehiclenetworking does not only work during big disaster, it also can playan important role before- and after- big disaster.“Utilization vehicle as information hubs during disaster” isproposed to Asia-Pacific Telecommunity StandardizationProgram by TTC for future Asian disaster communicationstandard. One of the applications, victim rescue support system inthis essay is introduce and shows its effectiveness on victimsearching during big disaster.
