Vehicle is evolving rapidly in the recent year with new communication and resources. The communication of vehicle networking does not only work during big disaster, it also can play an important role before- and after- big disaster. “Utilization vehicle as information hubs during disaster” is proposed to Asia-Pacific Telecommunity Standardization Program by TTC for future Asian disaster communication standard. One of the applications, victim rescue support system in this essay is introduce and shows its effectiveness on victim searching during big disaster.
