When the flow of talents has become a tendency in the era of knowledge-driven economy, it requires enterprises' human resources management to rise to the height of organizational strategy and establish a complete human resource strategic management system to enhance the talent’s intention to remain. By processing and analyzing the data obtained from questionnaires, the paper carries out empirical research on the relationship between human resource strategic management (HRSM) and talent’s intention to remain. Empirical research proves that: in the enterprise with an effective HRSM, the talent’s intention to remain is relatively high; all the elements of HRSM have obvious but different influences on the talent’s intention to remain; HRSM can not only directly affect the talent’s intention to remain, but indirectly improve it through increasing talent’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
