The color is a main character to which people pay close attention in decoration coating profession, and golden yellow is one kind of colors which people like best. This paper takes Zr-N films for example, according to single factor experiment, promulgates changing rules which the color of Zr-N film changes from shallow to deep along with nitrogen differential pressure increasing, determines the scope of nitrogen differential pressure in which it is easy to obtain golden. And by the experimental optimization design concept, has designed the multi-factor experiment, analyzes and withdraws the primary factors which affected the clolors of Zr-N films, establishes the model of adjust and control on color of deposit golden Zr-N films, and provides theory basic for designing quickly and effectively membrane craft plans.
