Process and Equipment for Pipe Calibration and Bi-Metallic Cladding their Manufacturing Methods and Applications

Two new processes and equipments using the internal high pressure forming (Hydro forming)rnmethod have been developed by our company for the following applications.rn1. Pipe Calibration:rnTo enable the manufacture of dimensionally accurate straight and round pipes, the long seamrnwelded pipe has to be calibrated.rn2. Cladding:rnThe transportation of crude oil and crude gas within pipeline systems requires measuresrnto prevent corrosion damages. This new method of cladding combines the advantages of arncorrosion resistant lining and the strength of the outer carbon steel pipe to save the overallrncost 3. Horizontal Cylinder Advance, Increase and control water pressure andrncontrol of horizontal cylinder position.
