Analysis of the Logistic Capacity of the Region as a Condition for Effective Strategic Planning of Its Development

摘要

Research examines the role of logistics capacity and experience them in different regions of Russia.The article examines the need,methods and guidelines for research logistics potential of regions.We give a general characteristic of the logistics infrastructure problems in Russia.Based on this experience,the basic algorithm is proposed for research and determined the correspondence between the objectives and management directions of assessing the level of logistic potential of the territory.
