摘要

According to vulnerability evaluation characters of economic, ecological and social multiple system, this article establishes evaluation indexes system and constructs vulnerability evaluation model of national forestry area based on super-efficiency mixed DEA model. This article collects statistical data of Yi Chun national forestry area from 1999 to 2007 year for empirical research, carries out further analysis on propulsive disciplinarian and connotation of evaluating results. In addition, sensitivity coefficient in answer to changing of every input and output index can be calculated, critical factors that restrict operational efficiency can be find out so as to provide quantitative reference for administrative decision. The essential innovation of this article is to establish a scientific quantificational analytical method for the vulnerability evaluation in order to provide dependable referenced information for the programming and adjustive strategy.
