摘要

On the base of analyzing the energy saving principle of asynchronous motor by regulating voltage, a scheme to research the energy saving device for asynchronous motor has been determined on the principle of voltage regulating based on fuzzy control algorithm. A hardware system of intelligent energy saving device for an asynchronous motor with single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 has been designed. And a two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm in which the motor load factor and its changing ratio as input variables and thyristor conducting angle as output variable has been presented and also simulated with the software Matlab. Thus the problem, difficult to get the optimal regulating voltage since there is no accurate mathematical model between a motor load and the conducting angle of a thyristor, has been solved perfectly. The simulation test of this energy saving device has been done in laboratory, and the test result shows that the energy saving effect is notable and the highest energy-saving rate is up to 30%.
