An all-solid-state electrochromic window (ECW) based on an electrodeposited PProDOT-Me_2 and V_2O_5-TiO_2 film with PMMA gel electrolyte that has high conductivity has been fabricated. The ECW has been found to have high contrast, rapid switching speed, long-term electrochemical stability and open-circuit memory. Reversible color change between blue and colorless was observed when an appropriate small potential was repeatedly applied to the ECW. Reversible color change between blue and colorless with 150,000 cycling was also observed.
