THE ENLIGHTENMENT TO CHINA OF E-GOVERNMENT APPLICATION IN RURAL AREAS FROM JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA AND INDIA

E-government is one of the major forms of government informatization. It has played an important role in the rural areas of some Asian countries. This article gives an analysis of e-government application in some rural areas in Asia and the status of e-government application in rural China, and gets some enlightenment to solve our problems.
