摘要

In this paper, we present a dual-band frequency-controlled one-dimensional (1D) focus-scanning terahertz (THz) reflectarray. The reflectarray operates at 0.22, 0.24, 0.26THz in the low frequency band, and at 0.37, 0.4, 0.43THz in the high frequency band, respectively. Here, the prototype with 45 × 45 elements is fabricated and measured to verify our design, and there are good agreements between the simulated and experimental results. The proposed focus-scanning THz reflectarray has great potential in THz imaging and detection.
