摘要

The management of energy systems in an efficient and sustainable way is one of the most researched subjects by the scientific community and companies in the energy sector. In this scenario, the microgrid concept is a promising approach. A microgrid is composed of renewable sources (eg, wind and solar photovoltaic) non-renewable sources, electric loads, electrical protections and energy storage systems. This paper proposes the modeling of subsystems that compose the pilot-microgrid developed in laboratory of renewable sources of the Federal University of Espírito Santo based on hybrid systems with focus on the energy storage system and the electric loads. This work describes the modeling steps and shows the simulation results using the hybrid models.
