In this study, the effect of ERP implementation problems on ERP performance improvement level is explored about organization environment risk, and DeLone and McLean's IS success model is used to measure ERP performance improvement level. Our research results indicate that the most frequent post-implementation problems is in top manager's participation, and then firm's policies and process, project redevelopment, organization transform and organization environment transformation, respectively.
