The Lifecycle Dynamic Risk Evaluation for Real Estate Projects

The purpose is to improve risk evaluation accuracy of real estate projects, the dynamic evaluation is carried out for lifecycle risk factors of real estate projects. The paper analyzes the process of lifecycle dynamic risk evaluation for real estate projects, points out that the risk of rest stages should be evaluated at each stage of projects, and carries out dynamic evaluation for lifecycle risk of real estate projects according to five different stages, they are investment decision, land acquisition, construction, lease and sale, as well as property operation. The lifecycle dynamic risk evaluation for real estate projects can improve risk evaluation accuracy of real estate projects, which would be beneficial to perfect the theory and practice of risk evaluation for real estate projects.
