摘要

Keep product quality and reduce transportation expenses are main challenges of fresh food supply chain management. In this paper, consider the case that transport multiple fresh foods with different rate of degradation, propose a model of fresh food supply chain quality management, this model objective not only keep food quality but also minimize transportation total expenses. The model has been applied in a fruit supply chain, and use fuzzy-guided GA algorithm to seek optimal solution. The result indicate that this model is helpful for fresh food quality control, and the administrator of fresh food supply chain can use this model make a strategic decision about transportation expenses and supply chain management.
