It takes great human, material and financial resources to ensure the data accuracy and currency in the process of updating traditional urban datum land price. Therefore, the access to grading and valuation data for the urban datum land price is needed to more independent and efficient. A new method of data acquisition method is developed in the article, the field work should be reduced as much as possible, for improving work efficiency and making the results of datum land price have more reality and accuracy. The research on network data extraction and analysis during updating of urban datum land price in this article applied the Point of Interest (POI) extraction with density analysis to boundary recognition and grading of functional agglomeration regions represented in industrial areas, as well as extract the spatial position of point grading factor through reclassifying POI data to improve the accuracy of spatial localization. Compared the above results with practical results of land grading based on the renewal of datum land price in a city, it can be shown that the methods provided have obvious advantages in time to improve the accuracy, currency and efficiency of grading data acquisition. The new ideas and methods for acquiring data is provided to achieve the related work and technical requirements of the urban evaluation and planning.
