Anchor Word Extraction Algorithm for Story Development of Narrative Texts

The human mind is very good in connecting the dots. It is capable of framing a story from a few keywords called anchor words. In this work, we have proposed an algorithm for the extraction of a few anchor words that are useful for humans to develop a story. The sequence of anchor words is very important to relate the words for a story narration. The proposed algorithm has been validated using Panchatantra stories. The results of the proposed algorithm have also underlined the importance of creating annotated datasets for this kind of work. We have also outlined the significance of the idea in developing an alternate approach for semantic summarization.
