Strategies for the Incorporation of Energy Systems in the Public Administration

摘要

The establishment of public policies that direct the implementation of energy efficiency projects in the medium and long term is one of the main challenges currently facing Latin America; in the context of climate change it is necessary to search for strategies capable of making significant changes in the way energy consumption is managed, by the public administration, in this paper a perspective is presented for the ordering of the insertion of renewable energies and energy policies.
