摘要

Currently, the planning of electric vehicle(EV) charging piles usually adopts the analogy methods, which would bring great deviations due to the lack of considering the influence of regional driving characteristics and the scale of electric vehicles. In this paper, a three-state probability model with four parameters was proposed. The number of fast charging piles was calculated based on various regional driving characteristics. Calculation results of the fast charging pile in typical areas are also calculated which can provide reference for the planning department.
