In the era of big data, Knowledge graph is an important data resource for knowledge management and application. It has become a key technology foundation for semantic retrieval of search engine, knowledge-based reasoning and decision-making in various fields. Firstly, this paper extracts the core concepts, concept descriptions, relations between the two entities and the constraints of the relationship in the field of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) by integrating various data resources about disease, symptoms, and prescriptions to build the domain ontology. Besides, we use semi-automated approach obtaining the semantic relationship from large-scale and practical TCM ontologies with the help of the Protégé tool. At last, we use the Fuseki server to help us to query the semantic relationship between entities.
