The independent running DC micro-grid has the problems of small system capacity and poor stability, and the proposed vehicle-to-micro-grid (V2M) concept can effectively alleviate the above problems. In view of the space-time and uncertainty of the charging and discharging characteristics of electric vehicles, a charge and discharge control strategy based on variable power time division control is proposed in this paper. The strategy takes the system power difference as the base, and carries out reasonable charge and discharge control to the electric vehicle group according to the current state of the DC micro-grid, the load demand and the peak valley period, so as to support the power balance of the micro-grid system effectively, and realize the stable operation of the independent DC micro grid. Finally, the simulation model of electric vehicle charging and discharging is built by using Matlab/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
