摘要

As a typical representative flight tower class rides, the frog jump is loved by the vast number of consumers. But the design and manufacture of frog jump lifting system still depends on experience in vast majority of domestic design and manufacturing enterprises, which is lack of systematic theoretical research and verification. A concise frog jump lifting system was designed in this paper. And the mathematical model of hydraulic system was established. The model was simulated by the AMESim software. The results show that, simulation model can correctly reflect the real situation. Research achievements provide a theoretical basis for frog jump design and have important use value in shortening product design cycle and saving cost.
