This paper designs some test boards and systems based on the aerospace application requirements and the characteristics of SpaceWire devices. A communication bit error rate measurement method for SpaceWire bus is proposed. And the signal quality of SpaceWire bus is evaluated according to the experimental data and eye diagrams. The results show that SpaceWire devices and systems meet requirements of space environments and they are of high reliability for Spacecraft communication systems. The BER test method based on the complex connection structure of SpaceWire bus has 99% confidence, which can shorten the test time to 16 hours.
