摘要

Thin films composed of vanadate nanoparticles incorporated in silicon matrices were applied by spin-coating and chemical drop evaporatin methods. Morphology of the films was studied using optical, atomic force and scanning electron microscopy. It was shown that films obtained from the same compositions but under different procedures have different morphology. Influence of procedure type on structure and luminescence characteristics of films has been discussed.
