We built the finite element simulation model of single D coil coupling structure of electric vehicle wireless charging system using magnetic resonance, and researched the change of the magnetic field distribution characteristics above the receiving coil when the coupling structure is misalignment. The results show that as the misalignment of the receiving coil increases, the position where the maximum appears within the solution domain will change. Or the magnetic flux density of the portion where the transmitting coil is not fully coupled with receiving coil significantly becomes larger, which will destroy the electromagnetic environment around the charging system. Finally, we built a 3D visual measurement system for electromagnetic field in the laboratory, and specifically measured the magnetic field distribution within the solution domain defined in the simulation. The correctness of the simulation is verified.
