The DC-DC converter is a nonlinear control system. Under some conditions, it appears to behave randomly. The control on chaos in the DC-DC switching converter has become a new branch of nonlinear control theory. In this dissertation, the control on chaos of PWM Buck converter in continuous conduction mode is studied. A one-dimensional discretetime washout filter is added to the sampled-data model. Then, simulation models of DC-DC converters are set up with voltage reference compensatory control. The simulation results are satisfying-the stable operating range of input voltage is extended, the unstable period1 orbit is stabilized and the chaos in DC-DC converter is controlled.
