To conduct Plan’s EIA scientifically and effectively is the necessary premise for the development ofrnhydropower in a whole river. Based on the analyzing the intercommunity in detail between Landscape ecologyrnand Plan’s EIA in guideline, study dimensions, work contents and the technique means, combine therncharacteristics of environmental impact in hydropower development, the practically applied aspects ofrnLandscape ecology’s theories and the technique means in it are argued.
