Research and Applications of High Performance Piezoelectric Ceramics

摘要

This paper reports high performance piezoelectric ceramic series prepared by present work, and their various applications. Such as high power transmissive type F_1-PZT, F_2-PZT, FD_3-PZT and FD_4-PZT, highly receiving-sensitive type S-PZT, transmit-receive type SF-PZT, etc, high stability piezoelectric ceramics, and piezoelectric ceramics for high voltage generators, ignition and detonation purposes, and so on.
