Fabrication and Morphology of NbCx Crystals with Complicated Shapes

摘要

The fabrication of inorganic materials with special or complicated shapes is one of the hottest research topics in the field of materials research. Here, the affection of crystal growth conditions on the morphology of micrometer NbCx single crystal with special shapes will be reported. These results may reveal one way or approach to fabricate refractory inorganic materials with complicated shapes.
