There are two sources of ferroelectric electron emission: one is fast polarization switch and the other is surface plasma discharge. In this article, the XRD method was used to testify the fast polarization switch in PZT samples. After electron emission, decrease in 002 peak value and increase in 200 peak value in two kinds of samples doped respectively with La and Nd have both been observed. Comparison of these two samples' XRD diagrams has shown that the high density of electron emission is related to the high value of polarization switch. These results are in conformity with the theory of fast polarization switch.
