Lease Stipulations; requirements applied to individual leases based on specific instructions related to restrictions/operating requirements; 3. Programmatic Terms/Conditions; mitigation outlined in consultation documents (i.e., MOU/MOA, BiOp/ITS, etc.); also regional/operation-based; 4. Notices to Lessees and Operators (NTLs); Clarification , description, and/or interpretation of regulations, stipulations, terms/conditions, or OCS policy or standard (some National - mostly Regional); and 5. Conditions of Approval (CoAs); site-/project-specific measures placed on OCS plans and permits meant to control potential impacts that could occur from the activities proposed in the submittal.
