STUDY ON THE PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PROJECT

摘要

In allusion to the characteristic of national defense scientific research project, the full process of project is compartmentalized and the corresponding management measure is summarized in this paper. Process Approach and PDCA circle mode are introduced to study the full process management of national defense scientific research project. At the base of identifying and analyzing of project management process, this paper establishes the process management model of national defense scientific research project, provides process control approach, and illustrates the management effect of process approach to scientific research project.
