ON PARADIGM TRANSFER FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COST MANAGEMENT

摘要

This paper totally presents the reasons and steps of paradigm transfer of construction project cost management from whole process cost management model, life cycle cost management model to total cost management model. It is also discussed that the difference among all construction project cost management models and their suitable situations, as well as the kernel and basic principle of Total Cost Management for construction project cost management.
