摘要

Most academic studies lack of discussion of measuring the performance of outsourcing results, especially in HR field. In order to fill this gap, we propose a conceptual model based on relative literatures to find the impact factors of HR outsourcing in this paper. Besides that, we identified the objectives metrics for HR outsourcing results evaluation, hoping to benefit the execution of making the HR outsourcing decision and its continuity and to create value for the business.
