摘要

Six strains which could grow under high concentration of chloride ion were screened form active sludge of diosgenin wastewater retention tank. Two of them, strain B723-1 and strain B723-3 grew well under very high concentration of chloride ion even 80000mg/L and performed well in removing COD. The two strains were identified physiologically and molecularly, and their 16S rRNA gene sequences had been referred to GenBank for registering.
