Research of end-to-end service level management in multi-provider environment

摘要

An outstanding characteristic of new comers in service market is complicated supply chain. How to complete the provision and assurance of the service in multi-provider environment is an issue to be resolved urgently. According TMF eTOM, a management framework is proposed, which takes SLA as a link to realize end-to-end service level management in multi-provider environment. The interface between service management system and S/P relationship management system is described, including function set and information model.
