THE HYDRAULIC PUMP PERFORMANCE TEST SYSTEM BASED ON VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT

Advance virtual instrument technology is used in this test bench, in which run, stop, speed of motor, electro-hydraulic proportion throttling valve and several electromagnetic directional valve are controlled, and the parameters of flow, speed, pressure, torque of the hydraulic pump are measured, then data analyses, performance curve plotting. Besides structure, principle and specification of the hydraulic test bench system and the virtual instrument measure and control system are also introduced in this paper.
