New style platelet interlacing injection fluid mixer is illustrated and its mix effect is analyzed. The two fluids are led in the main flow passages by the inlet pipes respectively. They are mixed in the cylindrical mixing chamber applying interlacing injection to mix by making use of the flow-channels inside the platelets structure. The mixture in the mixing chamber is uniform for the two different fluid's shearing force of the interlacing flow. The expected temperature and pressure can be controlled by changing the inlet fluids' flow behaviors. The mixer can be used for the different viscosity gases and liquids. The fluid's pressure-drop is calculated under adopting different design parameters for the main flow passages. Simulation of flow in the mixing chamber is performed in this paper. The numerical analysis and model machine shows that this new type mixer can rapidly and effectively mix the fluids. It has many advantages, such as simple structure, small investing, and no power devices. High or low temperature and high pressure fluids can also be mixed perfectly.
