摘要

The fruit of Chinese Wolfberry is a commenly used medicinal herbs. The breed recorded by the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China is the fruit of Ninxia Lycium barbarum, L. which has the functions of nourisling liver and kidney, brighing eyes, benifiting semen etc. It was also discovered by modern pharma cologist that it had the functions of increasing immuno- function of body and anti-cancer etc. It was the polysaecharide and other bio-active substances that played an important bio-active role in the herb. "Ninggi-1". a new species of Chinese wolfberry was selected by single strain optimization from the best local varilety of Ninxia Lycium barbarum L. "Da Ma Yie" by the waifberry institute of Ninxia Agriculture A-cademy. This paper deals with the analysis of some Bio-substances such as protein、 nucleic acid, raw lipid、polysaecharide and uronic acid in "Ninggi-1" and its original breed "Da Ma Yie". And the effect of the two species of Lycium barbarum L. on the proliferation of spleen lymphocyte in mice was also studied.
