摘要

Rapid determination of glucoamylase activity and content of starch and dextrin are imprtant to control production process and examine the quality of products. The traditional method is not only complicated and time-consuming, but also of poor specificity because of the interference of the reducing substances. To overcome the disadvantages of the traditional method, we utilized glucose enzyme electrode to device a kind of biosensor analyzer which can rapidly and precisely determine glucoamylase, starch and extrin in the fermentation broth.
