Abstract: alysis have been done on the optical fiberposition sensor based on intensity modulationtechnique. In this paper we present an analysis onOptic-Fiber-Array Sensor with a shutter wheel asintensity modulator, which can work on largedimensional measurement such as length or rotationangle with high sensitivity, accuracy and S/N.Different arrangements of optic fiber array versusshutter wheel are analyzed, and so are two signalprocessing methods, Switch-Digital Processing Methodand Analog-Digital Processing Method. The anglesensitivity of the sensor can reach up to 10$+$MIN@6$/(in rad.) and the S/N is higher than that of the MoareTechnique. At the final, experiment results areshown.!3
