A methodology for estimating the influence of the human factor in riskanalysis

Industrial Organisation can be defined as the co-ordination of different activitiesrncarried out from single collaborators in order to establish planned relationships with externalrnand internal environment. A co-ordination has place if adequate mechanisms ofrncommunication and exercise of the decisional power exist. A best way in organisationrnplanning doesn’t exist, rather the organisations must be adapted from time to time to therncommon objectives and the individual human aims. Neglecting the influence of the humanrnerror in risk analysis, can lead to a sub estimate in top event valuation. In this paper wernintroduce a methodology for estimating the influence of the human factor in risk analysis.
