The rock slopes stability analysis is always recommendable even in case of the slope presents apparent stable equilibrium. Usually there are three types of study, design, back analysis of failed slope and stability evaluation. The present paper focuses the last one. Traditional methods of stability analysis are normally based on the limit equilibrium theory. Such methods utilize rock properties from laboratory tests, geometric, geotechnical factors and load conditions of the slope. By interrelation of forces and data above mentioned, it is possible to determine well known safety factor; done upon quantitative amount, but of the doubtful values. Therefore, the safety factor in fact can only represents an evaluation of stability level, due to the inaccuracy of rocks and boundary condition parameters. The probabilistic approach is one of alternative analysis methods that considers the data uncertainties taking into account the parameter deviations. In this study the new approach of slope stability evaluation is proposed to qualify the safe or unsafe slope conditions in few categories, based on its mechanical parameters, geotechnical conditions and simple field tests.
