Impact of Transformational Leadership on SOEs' Reform: The Case of Lu Zhou Lao Jiao

摘要

This paper uses case study to explore the impact of transformational leadership on SOEs' reform and development by choosing a large SOE as research object. The research results show that enterprise dilemma, market competition, national policies and government support jointly promote transformational leadership in SOEs. Based on the specific characteristics of production and operation of each enterprise, transformational leadership has taken five reform and innovation measures in ownership, personnel, marketing, production and corporate culture to lead the enterprise to get through the difficulties and keep on sustainable development.
