Systems Engineering and Process InfrastructureDevelopment

All the lessons learned in developing products for external customers often arernforgotten when developing internal products. This is especially true when developing therninfrastructure, processes in particular, for performing systems engineering. Processes usually arernwritten in a design-first approach with all the errors that such a process creates. There is a betterrnway to develop processes. This paper addresses how to apply the systems engineering process torndeveloping processes and their supporting infrastructure.
