For construction of information process in the automated control systems of radio engineering systems with the distributed processing of the information the complex of mathematical models of optimum distribution of program modules on units of the computer network, by criteria of probability of the decision of a complex of tasks, time of the decision and volume of the information circulating in a network is formalized.
