This paper builds a conductivity percolation model for the carbon nanofiber composite materials. Thernmodel is based on the randomly generated cylinders, which model the nanofibers, forming clusters throughrnthe tunneling effect. When a cluster spans the substrate from one side to the opposite side, percolationrnhappens. Preliminary simulation results demonstrate the percolation phenomenon when the volume rate ofrnthe nanofibers in the composite exceeds a critical value. The relationship between the nanofibers' aspectrnratio and the critical volume rate is also studied.
