The blue transformation in the netherlands

There are many problems in urban areas concerning the water management in the Netherlands, both in the low and wet areas as well as in the areas above sea level. There are prolbems with emissions from sewer systems, peak discharges, high ground water levels and the dehydration of the soil in agricultural areas and nature reserves. Four-and maybe more-important qwerty's are connected to these problems.
