The characteristic of numerical control language is described in this paper. In terms of compiling theory, the lexical and syntactic analysis for numerical program is conducted. By operating data storage address, it is convenient to find lexical and syntactic errors that exist in NC code. This operation offers a new method in compiling NC code.
